Our team believes in hospitality, in the importance of greeting guests with a smile on their face and doing their best to satisfy any request and need.

The hotel houses the Perlartecontemporanea Gallery which, since its foundation in 2006, stages temporary exhibitions by world-renowned artists, and curates their presentation with ample educational and historical-critical material.

Moreover, the hotel avails itself of the curatorial expertise of Perlartecontemporanea to select and arrange the works of its Permanent Collection.

Among the various works displayed in the interior and exterior spaces, we can admire: in the sculpture garden, Where by Jaume Plensa; in the foyer of the congress spaces, Far Bound by Arthur Duff; in Al Barilotto restaurant, the pastel work Vases: decorative sculptures by Mario Botta and in the Bistrot, The Jugler, part of the Short Stories series by Paolo Ventura.

In 2017, we received the Bike Hotel classification from Hotellerie Suisse, thanks to our services dedicated to making your bike holiday unforgettable: 

• Storage room, locked and equipped with wall-mounted hooks;
• Tripod for maintenance including tools; 
• Outdoor washing station inside our car park; 
• Garment washing and drying service (subject to charge), guaranteed up to 18:00; 
• Buffet breakfast; 
• Possibility of ordering breakfast or lunch; 
• Possibility of using a bathroom with shower even on the departure day after the check-out time.

Climb on your bike to explore the city and views of Lake Lugano with our Bike days package, which also includes a multi-language topographic map with 370 km of marked routes.

Moreover, our staff will be able to provide useful addresses for purchasing technical material, repairs or guided tours.
